Looking for information re John Joseph Carroll born about 1816 in Ireland (possibly Dublin) and his descendants. He attended Trinity College 1833-34. Married Mary Robinson (1817-1869) about 1838, some of the children were born in Wales. Came to New York about 1848. Children: James (Jane?), John Joseph, William, Thomas, Michael, Catherine. Married Mary Ann Murray (1857-1905) in 1871. Children: James John, Mary Sarah, Sarah Ann, Edward Francis, Catherine Agnes.
