Hi, I am searching for information about Thomas Seborn Carroll, b. 10/10/1852. He married Georgia Lee Laws 10/16/1886 (1887?). The had seven children, including my great grandfather, Charles Seborn Carroll. I know that they were in Mississippi when Charles was born, and they had moved to Ringold, Bienville Parish, Louisiana by the time their 7th child was born.
