He was born Dec 21st, 1886 in Carroll County, GA. I was fortunate enough to know him and my great grandmother, Mattie Lou Herrin. Sadly, I have found nothing that indicates the location of this Michael's birth, or any indication of his parents. But I will be happy to share any other information that I find.
