Thanks for the reply, I did'nt include all the history on John Carroll the first time, but here's what I have. His father was Hugh Carroll , born Martinsburg Va., in TN. engaged in farming, and was wagon master during the removal of the Cherokee to indian territory. He then settled in McDonald Co., Neosho Mo. Was killed in Newton Co. Ar. during the Civil war. Thanks again, appreciate all the help I can get.
