To do a quick rundown, going backwards: Rebecca Carroll, born 1825 in Licking County, OH; married 1842 in Bureau County, ILL to Isaac Tompkins. She is buried at Fairview Cemetery at Annawan, Henry County, ILL. Her parents were James Carroll, born 1796 in Allegheny County PA. Married Ellen Loughrey in 1822 in Licking County, PA. They are buried at Fairview Cemetery at Annaway, Henry County, ILL.His parents were John Carroll, born 1775 in Cumberland or Westmoreland Co, PA. Married Rebecca Ryan about 1795 in Allegheny County, PA. His parents were probably James Carroll and a Margaret. Some of the early information has been sent to me, not confirmed by me.
