My other line I'm researching is McGehee and various spellings. One of my McGehee's name is Robert Carroll / Carrol McGehee born abt 1805 in Tennessee married Elizabeth Bray March 25 1838 in Barry Co. MO. we are trying to find out if the Carroll in his name is the name off someone the family admired or if it might be part of his mother's family. Marilyn Baehler .
