According to what I copied from it some years ago Raiford married Mary Mason Vann in 1815 and had John O., David D., Sarah, and Mary. Later he married Sarah Spearman and had Elizabeth, Thomas E., Stephen, Junius Frank, and Ella. This informatin was contributed to the Heritage book by Carroll F. Johnston and James M. Johnston.
