Searching for an Emmett or Eli Carroll from Clyde, Ohio or around the Monroeville, Norwalk, Ohio in 1970's. Eli had posted a reply to one of my posts with no way of contacting him. He may have information on a Peggy Moore Carroll that is the birthmom of IVELLE L. Carroll, whom is searching for her birth family that was born 4/5/71 in Norwalk Ohio fisher titus hospital and lived in Monroeville, Oh. Was later adopted out of Pikevile, Ky at about 9 mos. old possibly in her grandmothers care. Was also fostered by a family named Sweet that may have been related.
