Am hoping someone might know of a John Carroll who lived in Bay City, Michigan in 1902. Would like to know if he had a daughter named Nelly. Possible my g uncle went to stay with him when he arrived from Ireland through Ellis Island. His name was Thomas R. Carroll. Or if someone knows what county Bay City would have been in back then, maybe it could be checked on census if one were done soon after that. If I know the county and if it is one that is on Ancestry.com, I would be glad to check it for myself but my luck that would be the one not there. Thanks in advance Nancy from South Carolina
