For Gary Barnes: I am interested in your posting about ANY CARROLLS from Tipperary County. My ancestor, Absalom Carroll, came from County Cork, Ireland. Having checked the Irish Carroll sites, I have learned that a great many of the Carrolls lived in the County Tipperary area. They were members of one of the largest and strongest Irish clans.
