I have checked all Lucilles born in Roanoke, Va between 1914-1916. One of them has to be my Lucille. Her name in 1936 was Lucille Carroll. She had 3 children under 6 years old . 2 girls and 1 son( his name was either Walter or Frank). Her husband was in a TB clinic in Catawba, Va. I feel that Carroll was her maried name.
