Carroll of P. and his wife Grace; their children Anita (married MULLEN) was born abt. 1918 Mildrred (married SACHSE) was born abt. 1920 Lucille (married Perkinson) was born abt. 1924 Douglas Carroll was born abt. 1917 Elizabeth (married BREDEKAMP) was not on the census so she could have moved out of the home or was born after the 1930 census. I did find an SSDI listing for a Elizabeth C. BREDEKAMP born 1901 and died 2002 in Middle River, Maryland but not sure if this is the same person. Also found on SSDI a Lucille PERKINSON born 1924 and died 2003 in Nottingham, Baltimore, Maryland. Henry C. CARROLL was the son of Daniel Carroll and Helen DOWLING Carroll, no dates but most likely around the 1880's. He married Hollis GROVE, no other info known. Their children were Elizabeth Ann who married a BOWERS and Caroline who married a SAMEK. No other info known on them but maybe the 1940's.
