I believe he was my great great grandfather. His son was Hiram L Carroll (My great grandfather) and his son Hodge Carroll was my grandfather. I know next to nothing about this side of my family. Any information would certainly help. They lived in Lee County Virginia and also in Kentucky, although I am not sure exactly where. Thanks
