    3. Well Hello!!!!!! I have been patiently reading all these Roll Call's and you're the first one with any KY connection. Amazingly, Bowling Green, KY. My search is for the ancestors and siblings of one Elliott Carroll(dob ~ 1870), my grandfather I found him on the 1910 Census in Warren CO, KY. with his wife, children and in-laws. The in-laws name may be spelled wrong as our family has Mattie Carroll's maiden name as Hurt, not Hurd. Wife Mattie 34, Kentucky (dob~1876) Son Joseph 08, Kentucky Daughter Margaret 06, KentuckySon Elliott 03, (dob~1907) KentuckyFather-in-law James Hurb 73, Kentucky (dob~1937)Mother-in-law Mary 71, Kentucky (dob~1839) Son Elliott was one of twins named Elliott Sherwood and Elliott Scherer I know, from an old newspaper notice, that Elliott was one of two son's and his mother, a widow moved to Bowling Green. She remarried, to a Wise ? Perhaps I'm related to your cousin Faye? My grandparents moved to Indiana after this census but my grandmother was returned to Bowling Green for burial. If Carroll's are not the Smith's of Ireland they certainly are south of the Mason-Dixon!! Thanks for reading.
