In the 'PEASE Family History' by Rice in 1982, a chart on page 21 identifies a BENJAMIN BLASE CARRIEL and Elizabeth BARROWS as the parents of Nathaniel Carriel of Salem b) 1638 who married Mary Pease. Rice states that Benjamin and Elizabeth arrived in Salem in 1632 on the "Galatea". Benjamin was identified as from London. The text listed his father and I think his grandfather also. I've lost my original notes. I have been unable to substantiate any of this. Does anyone have access to the manifest of the Galatea or any information on this CARRIEL? Any help is appreciated. Charlie
