Hello Fellow Carroll Listers: I'm very new at Carroll research. Olny a few weeks ago found my gg grandmother was Penelope Carroll of Copiah Co. MS. who md. Jenkins Hansford Welch there ca. 1826. She names several of their children after her siblings: Hulda who md. a Craven in N.C. Agnes; Jemima; and Benjamin Hawkins Carroll who md.__.
