    3. Hello, I am a newbie to the list. I am trying to find the parents for  Elisha CARROLL b. 1824/1825 _________d. abt 1886 in Sampson County, North Carolina b. Beulah Church Cemetery, Ten Mile-Turkey, Sampson County, NC m. Barsheba Swann Parker d/o Richard Parker and Letitia Drew Parker. I think they have my Elisha Carroll mixed  up w/ Elisha G. Carroll b. 1839-1840 in Bladen/Cumberland County, NC...This Elisha G. Carroll served in the Civil War along w/ his brother John H. Carroll-however-the Civil War marker is there at Elisha Carroll b. 1824/1825 gravesite. My Elisha Carroll may have served. But according to Lynn- a friend and excellent researcher we both believe the marker is in error and belongs to the younger Elisha G. CARROLL h/o  Elizabeth Smith and parents of Daniel, Louiser, and Peter CARROLL.  TIA for any help.  Gayle
