He was a granite cutter who was killed at the age of 35 by a falling stone while working on the B&O building in Baltimore. Date of death is 10/26/05. The informant on the death certificate was Charles Carroll (brother?) who lived at 121 S Schroeder St. in Baltimore. My g-grandfather's burial arrangements were made by John J Cowan & Sons Funeral Home at 901 Hollins St., Baltimore. He was buried in an unmarked grave on 10/30/05 at Holy Redeemer Cemetery. He left behind a widow, Mary E (Yeager) Carroll, and an unborn son, Joseph C. Carroll who was born on 1/24/06. He was also survived by his mother Mary, some brothers, and a sister. His father John pre-deceased him. Both parents, according to Charles, were born in Ireland. Joseph's widow Mary later went on to marry Charles Pleines and had several more sons. If anyone has researched other parts of this branch of the Carroll family, please share what you ! may have found. I'm stuck. thanks!
