Dear List ~ There has been a great deal of discussion on the Sampson County, NC Carroll's as of the last few days. I do business with one of these Carroll's on a daily basis. I spoke with him yesterday about maybe writing down what he knows about his paternal line to see if maybe we can help those who are at a dividing point. If you would like, I will post it to the list when I have it from him. I can say that I have been teasing him for the past 3 years about our being related as whenever I go to town somone comments that I favor his family. If you want what I get, please send me your email and I will make sure you get it, sometimes a list post by me doesn't get through. I would be most interested in any Carroll/Carrell info. you can share. our Carrell's were found in Wilkes/Burke/Caldwell.Co.
