    2. Scott: There are 40 different pages that list the name of Benjamin CARROLL in them. When I have some more time, I will check out some of them and see if I can come up with something for you. Faye

    3. Scott, There are Benjamins on 33 pages of the book. These are listed as found in the notes of the various VA counties. As you can imagine it would take a very long time to try to decide if one of these removed to NC. The only one I see listed as being from NC is in the list of Rev. pension applicants on page 33. Nancy (?Peeler), widow submitted pens. application in July 1846 while living in the home of Christian Peeler in Orange County, NC. Hope this is helpful. 3. Lura, I don't know if you have received an answer to your question or not but the FHC acronym stands for "Family History Center(s)". Family History Centers are found in LDS (Mormon) chapels (and some other facilities) all over the world and are great places to access the big collection of genealogical records located in Salt Lake City. All FHCs are free and open to the public. Check out the one in your location. Scott Jolley (Voulinteer in the local FHC near Mentor, OH) -----Original Message----- From: Lura C.
