Hi, Charles Carroll did not sign the Constitution, but the Declaration of Independence. His wife's cousin, Daniel Carroll (of another Carroll family), signed the Constitution. I do not show that your Charles P. Carroll is part of Charles Carroll (the Signer's) family. Unfortunately most Carroll families in the United States have it as family legend that they are related to CC of C.
