Our Catherine Carroll (d. 1965) married Frank Donahue. Our Anna Mitchell(d. approx. 1950) married James Doonan. Catherine Carroll's parent's names were James from Co. Tyrone(1848-1923) and Annie Regan Carroll from Rosscommon(1868-1916). They met and married in Phila. They had 4 daughters: Mary, Annie, Catherine, and Helen. All are currently residing at Holy Cross in Yeadon, PA. A bunch more Irishman but not a Fitzpatrick in the lot. The search goes on. - However, I just checked in my Doonan stuff to search for a Catherine and found a Katherine DOonan She was the daughter of Eliza Jane Ferns(1863-1953) and William Doonan (1868-1955). They had 8 children. If this seems right, let me know. I can put you in touch with a closer Doonan relation. Nicole Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. Alexander Carrol and Lucy Ryal were married April 7, 1783 in Duplin County, NC, The next year that area where they lived became Sampson County, NC. The deeds and census records I mentioned were in Sampson County, NC. The Bond was filed in Sampson County, NC.
