Warwick Historical Papers p. 225, marriage of Mr. Daniel Fullerton to Miss Abby Jane Carpenter, both of Minisink, 8/5/1834, by Elder Gabriel Conklin. Fee $2. [I am thinking this Abby Jane Carpenter may be a daughter of Samuel Carpenter who was an abutter to Fullerton. Does anyone have info to confirm/deny/enlighten?] p.230, Marriage of Joseph Winters to Julia Ann Carpenter, both of Minisink, 12/31/1842. Fee$4 2. Old School Baptist Church, Slate Hill records p. 53 "... (others and) Polly Carpenter, daughter of Carman Carpenter, came forward and related what the Lord had done for their souls, and after examination were received as subjects for baptism. [The name "Polly" is new to me as a daughter of Carman Carpenter. I am supposing this is a nickname for daughter Mary Carpenter, but if anyone has independent reference to Polly, I would appreciate it.] p.38 Poly Carpenter baptised Oct 1808. [This appears to be the same "Polly"] p. 134 "Received sister Amy Carpenter by letter." [Neglected to record the date. Does anyone know this Amy?] p. 90 "Mrs.Mariah Van Cleft came forward and was received..." Dec 1815.
