Death: SEP 1971 in Mattapoisette, Mass. Post-em: This information was given to Jan Robison by me. There are some "errors in transmission" here. Name is Ida MYRTLE Carpenter (my grandmother). Her birthplace was GONDOLA Point, now Quispamsis, in house that her father built. Birth record now in PANB. Her parents were married 3 Apr 1882 NOT 1896. Her husband's name was transposed on military records. Was actually William Charles and he was known as "Bill".
