Hello, I have recently learned for sure that Laban Massey and wife Mary 'Polly' Carpenter, born about 1781, were the parents of my ggg grandmother Rebecca Massey Owens. I found Burwell Carpenter's will and learned that he and wife Elizabeth were Mary Carpenter's parents. I would like to learn more about Burwell and his family, and would also like to know if anyone knows Elizabeth's maiden name or anything about her family. I would appreciate any information!
