I presume the references used in a recent posting include corrections to the book known colloquialy as the Carpenter Memorial. I'm very interested in any revisions, correction, and/or additions. My ggggg grandfather was Isaiah Carpenter of Shaftsbury, Vermont (individual number 1640 in the Memorial). One author mentioned a work by Herbert F. Seversmith, _Colonial Families of Long Island, New York and Connecticut_, 5 vols. (Washington, D.C., 1939-1958). They also referenced _The American Genealogist_, vol. 70 (1995).
