I have a better idea for a Carpenter art work. Try Benajah Carpenter who died on August 27th 1776 at the Battle of the Stone House. Benajah served under Lord Serling and probably supplied artillery support at the battle. He was my great, great, great, great uncle. Out of the the four hundred who fought that day nine or so survived. It was group suicide. However three objectives were obtained. First, George Washington and his army was saved. Second, the new American Revolution was saved. Third, the USA was saved. To claim that such a hero is the descendant of a French murderer without ANY evidence is an insult. BC
