I am looking for any information on Bessie Melissa CARPENTER b. 23 Mar 1880 in Troy, Rensselaer County, New York. She was the daughter of Beecher and Julia (CLARKE) CARPENTER. Bessie was living in 1892 at the time of her grandmother's death, and the 1900 census information for her parents shows 1 child born, 1 living. I do not find Bessie in the 1900 census under Carpenter, so I am assuming that she was married at that time. I have a lot of Bessie's ancestry to share.
