It has a lot of information about blood types, and the types of food you should eat for your blood type.? The world is full of books giving advice about eating, but most of them shouldn't be taken too seriously. Note that the major blood types exist in apes as well as humans, so there is no such thing as a localized geographical origin for any of them. The blood types spread across the world from before the beginning of humanity. John Chandler
