    2. Another option, and one I have utilized, is donating family information to the New England Historical Genealogical Society. Not only is it a world renowned repository and research library, it is primarily interested in New England Genealogy, of which the Rehoboth Carpenters are obviously apart of. The information is held (free of charge) in a file at the library and is accessible by all. For those unfamiliar, check out their website @ _www.newenglandancestors.org_ (http://www.newenglandancestors.org) I live 10 min. from the Carpenter Museum and sadly, its name does contribute to its misconception. The land the museum is located on was donated by our Rehoboth ancestors (hence the name)... but unfortunately their focus is not the Carpenter's per se, it is as mentioned, early Rehoboth in general.
