You are correct in that the museum in Rehoboth does not want, nor will do any work on Carpenter specific genealogical information. I woman by the name of Faye Carpenter Ford, found that out the hard way, by sending them a lot of info, and they lost it?. She has acess to the National SAR lib, in Louisville, KY and they are in the process of getting a much larger lib. area. They are receptive to all genealogical collections, and Faye has already contributed a great deal of information to them on Carpenters.
