Therefore, if your cousin *had* joined, we would be unable to talk about it without first asking his express permission. However, since he has not joined, I guess it's ok to say so. Moreover, no one claiming descent from William Rodman Carpenter has joined, and so your branch is unrepresented in the project. Feel free to get in touch and urge your cousin to participate.
