I've been told that her father was a Joseph and that her mothers name was Harriett, but have not been able to confirm that.?? Theda was born at De Ruyter, NY in 1804, and married Milton Maxson Main ca 1823.? They immigrated to Chenango county then to Portville NY, and settled at Main Settlement east of Portville.? John and Meralyn, Do either of you have any mention of a RoxeyAnn Carpenter (b Oct. 1812; married Asahel Luther) or an Alfred Madison Carpenter (b. Mar 24, 1830 in Madison County, NY; d.
