Hello Dorothy, I am working on Thomas Carpenter circa 1780 who lived in Henry / Walton County GA. I would be very interested in sharing notes as I know Bailey deeded land in Burke County GA in 1784. It was apparently his son Bailey listed in the 1840 & 1850 Burke County census who was born about 1788.
