Note: Moses Carpenter sold this property to the Wheelers who promised to pay the balance of the mortgage in 1792, I believe, can't find the deed right now but will abstract it later if someone wants to see it. Will of SARAH ARNOLD of NY widow. leave to my sister MARY DEKAY, brother MICHAEL DEKAY, br CHARLES, sister FRANCES DEKAY. Niece FRANCES SACKET. Chauncery Ct records LDS Fiche? 6088050 Guardianships 1691-1815 Another bit of info I see is in part of a mortgage from Abel Jackson of Florida in Or Co and Chritian his wf to Wm Thomposn, Esq of Florida which state that Abel Jackson bought property from Wm Thompson b.
