Dear Mike, USPS Money Orders drawn on US Funds have a fee attached when cashed in England (for example). (It is like sending a check based on U.S. funds) This "Converting" fee is between $10.00 and $15.00 or more. With Reusch & ICE, the money order is in the currency of the country it is sent to and drawn from an International Bank. Thus no fee. Sincerely, John R.
