Unfortunately, this list does not seem to have an official monitor. The bottom line is that because of a few people the Carpenter list is going to suffer. I have been deleting all carpenter e-mails automatically for several days now with the hope that these few people would grow tired of their own voices. I see that I was too hopeful. Because no one seems to be setting any boundaries, I would like to suggest that those of you who want to bicker, insult and engage in other inappropriate behavior do so privately through your own e-mail addresses. For the rest of us I would suggest that if this behavior does not cease, we all unsubscribe and contact rootsweb with the reasons for our dissatisfaction.
