Richard and all, This message (I didn't write it) was sent to Richard offline, as it should have been. Richard, I think it was in poor taste to forward this to the list. You and Bruce work this out without involving the rest of us. This whole mess reminds me of the kind of thing that happens in Jr. High School. I can't for the life of me imagine what would prompt a message to be sent to you by Bruce. I can only hope that he has a dry sense of humor which does NOT come across well in writing!
