Thanks Bill for the info on the Castle. I did a search and came up with this site: http://www.tipp.ie/kearneys.htm I'm not sure if it's the same Castle or not (it must be). I'm sure someone in our family kept one of the invitations. I'll have to search in mom's vault (huge box in the top of her closet). She doesn't throw ANYTHING away. It could take years to find it.

Hi, I'm interested in the Kearney castle you found. Do you know what the Rock of Cashel is? Is it part of the original castle I wonder?
