Hi, I am researching my Carney line and am stuck. I am descended from Gilbert Cheney Carney who was born in 1882 in LaGrange Co., IN. He married Anna Elma Miller. He died in 1944 in Hydro, Caddo Co., OK I cannot determine for sure who his parents were. I have information that they may have been John C. Carney and Susan A. Rowan. I know somehow he is descended from Shedrick Carney who pioneered LaGrange Co., IN. I would like to know where Shedrick came from also. Any info on my line is greatly appreciated.
