My ancestors, Stephen Carney, born NY 1774 and his wife, Leah Terwilliger, born NY 1776 moved to IN sometime around 1830. They died and are buried in Manilla Cemetery, Rush Co., IN. The Cass Co. IN History mentions their son Martin of Noble Twp. and Stephen and Leah are mentioned in the Rush Co History. Could this tie in with your Carney's? Ginny Toney
