The Carmody reunion is held on the Sunday in July closest to the 4th. I would assume that it would be on the 7th. I'll call Joe Carmody and find out for sure. It would be great for you to come to it. If James is a brother to John O'Brien Carmody, then there is a large contingent of you cousins there. One of them is Virginia Knight who is the geneologist (sp) in the family. I don't know what I told you before but Honora O'Brien was the daughter of Martin O'Brien and Hanna (Honora) McDonald. She died on Dec 14 1882 at the age of 85. I don't think the age part is necessarily accurate but probably a guess. My great grandfather was Martin, John O'Brien Carmody's brother too. My father's parents were both Carmody's so it really gets confusing saometime. Martin was my father's father's father. You have my Email address so why don't you answer that way.
