Hi One "L" O'Neil Listers from Western Australia - This is our first posting to this list. We are seasoned enough to know that it difficult to find Irish relations but we are still hopeful. We know that Patrick O'Neil and Ellen Carmody married and went to the USA mid 1850's and settled in Johnstown, NY. I think that Ellen's (Elinor) father may have been Edward. It would be lovely if one of you is a cousin! I can dream anyway!!! If anyone has any suggestions as to where we might check for further information, it would be most appreciative.
