Diana, I have Samuel in my family tree also from Llanelly, unfortunately all I know is that my Great grandmother was Elizabeth Samuel Born abt 1835. Her father was Benjamin,she married my Greatgrandfather in Liverpool in 1853, their first son was born in Old Castle Llanelly in 1857. I am assuming she had at least one brother called William as he was a witness at the wedding.
