While indexing 1841 Llanwinio I came across a 20 years old female FS called MARESHAH Marks. It is very clear and unambiguous ( unlike the rest of the 1841 Llanwinio) Considering that 99.9% of Llanwinio females are named Elizabeth, Anne or Mary Jones it stands out. Could it be a Gypsy name? Rina--it must be one of your Marks's, she is a FS at Pantyderry fach not far from the other Marks family. In the 1851 I believe she is called Mareshiah ( at Penyrheol and married to a Davies--poor thing) Dave ( no circumflexes allowed in my Ty bach) Davies Boulder CO
