Athea...This smacks of the movie Poltergeist where developers built a housing project over an old cemetary. Always thot that a cemetary was a hallowed ground. Granted that under or over 50 years would be a matter of ashes to ashes and dust to dust. It would seem that is some form of descecration to those interred whose remains have since mingled with the earth where they rest to be violated by a backhoe. Sometimes developers and politicians see only profit and progress and totally dismiss or ignore why we created cemetaries to honor and leave a living testimony to those loved ones who have gone on before. To ignore the sanctity of the grave is outrageous. To remove stones over 50 yrs of age , whether llegible or not and crush them into gravel gravel is an insult to the deceased and their kin......In another Movie the Loved Ones developers designed a scheme to send the bodies into orbit so they could develop the property....Fact seems to have merged with fiction.......
