Hello to all, Carmarthen listers, I am a new subscriber to Carmarthen mailing list I would therefore like to submit my surname of interest in the hope that someone may be researching the same surname as myself. Henry Stuckey Gifford, On 1901 census RG13 5105 folio 18 page 7. He is living at Red Lion Cottage with Balbina his Spanish wife and 11 of his 15 children. While on holiday in Tenby I spent a few hours at the archives in Carmarthen hoping to find baptism of his children, this I failed to do, do anyone have any suggestion where I can find baptisms other than Llandilo Fawr. Hi Jenny Have you tried to obtain their birth certificates from Registry office, not for all 14 as that would be very expensive.... When was he born, you did not say......did he give his place of birth as Llandeilo fawr?
