Do the Archives store photographs as well as other documents ? I have an original photograph of Brynaman Board School taken in 1897 - the school opened in 1896. It is of 44 pupils plus Headmaster (?) and Teacher (?). I feel that it would be a shame to see the photo lost with time now that it is back in Brynaman. It scans nicely onto an A4 sheet Bernard
Hi Bernard Yes, Carmarthen Record office store photographs in their archives.......some schools have deposited their registers with CRO, I know the Copperworks Burry Port are there because I went to that school....
