Hello Pauline - tell me about Llandefeilog!! I cannot seem to find out much about the place on line apart from the fact that it is sometimes associated with St. Ishmaels and Kidwelly. Thank you for the baptism of Daniel Davies 1807 - found him at long last - and that took me back another couple of generations on a side of the family that has been a total brick wall between two counties. This is where the great website of the CFHS comes into its own. I had one break and then using the parish records, the 1841 census and the marriage records on line I went down four sides of the family!!
