Yes Titus here would be the same person. It is highly unlikely but still possible that there were two of such a name within a mile and a half. Llangan is a street name in Trevaughan . how often do we say I live in "Dromper" rather than "I live in Dromper road" if it is so near that everybody knows. Llandewi Velfrey parish is 3 from Henland and 3 from Llangan Rd. (Trevaughan or is it Whitland) That Titus looks as though he just may have got something to do with the Howell family of Ffynnon Felin, although it is the "tribal " area! He was born about 2 miles from Ffynnon Felin, the Genealogy of which Howell family is in the CA VolXXX11 1996.
